Lunch Delivery Schedule Change
Friday, April 10th and Monday, April 13th are "No School" days. Meal delivery on Thursday will include meals for Friday. Meals will not be provided on Monday, April 13th. Curriculum delivery for next week will be on Tuesday, April 14th and meal delivery will resume on Tuesday.

The "Music Man" Musical has been postponed until further notice. If you have purchased tickets, please hang on to your tickets as we will honor all tickets that have purchased. The schedule of Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday will remain the same when it is performed. The ticket sales will be taken down temporarily until we have the new dates for the Musical. Thank you for your understanding during these times. The kids are VERY excited to perform for you.

On Tuesday March 10th, AHS music students of Mrs. Kelly Blake and Mr. Chris Halvorson, were at the Minnesota State High School League Large Group/Solo/Ensemble Section/State Contest held at UMD. Many individuals and students received great reviews for their performances. See the full list of awards here.

The Tasty Turkey Grill Currently Closed
This year's student-run restaurant, the Tasty Turkey Grill will be open Tuesdays through Fridays on days when school is in session. View the full menu and ordering details here. The restaurant is closed on the following days: March 10th, March 13th, March 26th and 27th, April 10th, May 1st
Child and Teen Checkup Winner
Congratulations to Tanner Hills, winner of an X-box won through Aitkin County Public Health’s Child and Teen Checkups (C&TC) program. Everyone turning 13-18 this year is eligible to participate this year for another round of great prizes. The only thing needed to register is for a person to get their annual physical and fill out an entry form. For more details, click here.
Performances for Concert Choir’s 2020 musical, “The Music Man”, are on the following dates in the AHS Auditorium:
Wednesday Matinee April 1st at 2:00 p.m.
Tickets: $8.00 General Seating
Thursday April 2nd at 7:30 p.m.
Friday April 3rd at 7:30 p.m
Saturday April 4th at 7:30 p.m.

School Board Recognized
February was National Board Recognition Month here at ISD1. Mr. Stifter honored each Board Member with a Certificate Of Appreciation for all their hard work. When you see them around town, thank them for all they do for our school district!

Updated School Transportation Policy Aitkin schools have updated their transportation policy. Please read the following information and fill out the included transportation form if needed. Transportation forms must be completed by August 2nd to guarantee transportation for the upcoming school year.

SPORTS ELIGIBILITY PACKETS
for grades 7-12 are available in the high school office. These packets need to be filled out one time each year for students participating in sports and/or fine arts activities. Sports physicals are good for 3 years. Sports fees are $100 for grades 9-12 and $55 for grades 7-8 and can be paid in the office. Be sure to get your packet and fee in BEFORE the first day of practice!
Kids Club (Formerly EXTRA!) is our before & after school programming that offers a variety of activities for children. Kids Club is open on days when school is in session. Join us to make new friends, learn new things & have fun! More Information
