Important Information for Online Payments
When paying optional student payments for sports/activities, MacBook Insurance, etc., please be sure to select the appropriate student that the fee should be assigned to before adding the fee to your cart. You can toggle between students by clicking the arrow next to the student picture on the top right for a drop down list of your students.
The following forms should be completed and returned to the high school office at the beginning of each school year:
Student Digital Equity Survey (One per student)
Military/College Release Waiver
(Grades 10-12 only)
Annual Health Update/Emergency Forms
Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) (see below)
Permission to Publish Directory Information (see below)
The FERPA form should only be filled out/signed if you do not want the district to publish directory information, which is listed on the form. Keep in mind, by signing this form, your student will not have their picture in the yearbook, will not be listed on sports/music/extracurricular programs and will not be published in the honor roll, etc.
"Permission to Publish Directory Information" should only be filled out if you have a signed FERPA form on file at the school, but would like to give the school rights to publish specific information.
Non-Public students must be enrolled by September 15.
