Holiday Band Concert
The high school band concert will be Monday, December 18th at 8:00 in the auditorium come hear the 9th Grade, Concert and Jazz Bands in concert. The bands have been working on some great music and are sounding really good. More Details
Holiday Choir Concert
On Thursday Dec. 21st the Aitkin High School Choirs will present their annual Holiday Concert at 7:30 p.m. in the AHS Auditorium. Performing in the the concert will be Concert Choir, the “Fists of Fury” Handbell Choir, Madrigals, Ninth Grade Choir and First Semester Piano Students. See the full announcement here.
Children's Center Course From Feelings to Friendships: Promoting Healthy Social Emotional Development. This four-week class will provide information for families on how to promote children’s social and emotional development. The first session begins on Tuesday, January 9th. Saddle up and Read!
The Wild West book fair will be in Mrs. Mehr’s room (Room 213) December 18th-22nd. Middle school and high school level books will be sold, as well as fun school supplies. The fair will be open from 7:30 in the morning till the first bell, 8 th hour, and after school until 4:30.
If you can’t make it into the school then feel free to shop through our Online Book Fair that will be open from December 13th to 26th. The online shop can be accesed through our book fair hompage.
Children who are three years of age by January 1st,2018 are eligible to participate in Early Childhood Screening. Registration is required. Click here for screening information and how to register.

High School Yearbook The best time to order your 2018 yearbook is with the back to school special. It is the lowest pricing of the year at $51 with free personalization.
