The wrestling team sections event is on Saturday, February 17th at Deer River High School. Wrestling starts at 11am.

Children's Center Garage Sale
The annual sale will be on Saturday, March 10th at Rippleside Elementary click on the flyer for full details.
Passport to Kindergarten The Aitkin Children’s Center in partnership with staff from Rippleside will host a Passport to Kindergarten Class. Passport to Kindergarten is a class that children and parents attend together. During this class parents and children will participate in activities that will prepare them for the transition from early childhood into kindergarten. More details and registration information
Dance Team Heading to State Competition
Congrats to the Aitkin All Starz Varsity High Kick and Jazz teams for their 2nd place and 3rd place finish at the Section 4A Dance Competition. They will be heading off to the State Dance Competition, that will be held on Friday, February 16th and Saturday, February 17th.
The schedule for the Target Center Dance Competition:
Jazz Competition, Friday, February 16, and High Kick Competition, Saturday, February 17.
Schedule is the same for both days:
Class A Qualifying Competition – 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Class A Finalists Announced – 1:15 p.m.
Class AA and AAA Qualifying Competition – 2:00 p.m. – 4:15 p.m.
Class AA Finalists Announced – 4:15 p.m.
Class AAA Finalists Announced – 4:30 p.m.
Class A Finals and Awards – 5:30 p.m.
Class AA and AAA Finals and Awards – 7:15 p.m.
Tickets: $14 adults, $9 students.
Ticket Box Offices open: 10:00 a.m. each morning.
Wrestling Individual Sections: The wrestling individual sections event is on Friday, February 23rd at Cass Lake Bena High School.
Wrestling starts at 11:45 am.

Students Advance to State in BPA
It was a great day of competition for the Aitkin Business Professionals of America team. 34 students competed in 50 events. We scored 26 first place finishes, 12 second place finishes, 3 thirds, 2 fourths, and 1 fifth. 33 Student advanced to the State Competition in March.
